Dromoland (say dro-MO-lund) Castle, in the west central part of Ireland, northwest of Limerick. We had lunch here, waited on by very proper and perfectly dressed waiters. This was a step or two up from our Ballyseede Castle, but maybe it is too perfect. Anyway, it's gorgeous.
